St. Laurence's Church

Established in the 11th century on a hilltop overlooking the river Teme, St Laurence's considerable size has led to its description as the Cathedral of the Marches. The present building, with its 41m tower, dates from 1199 and houses several stained glass windows and extensive misericords.
This view shows the northern side of the church across the ancient churchyard.
